LOVE is a sole proprietorship, which is driven by Dana Thurmer.
All data will only be processed with your explicit permission or to execute the agreements that are entered into, or because processing is necessary to bring you into contact with potential customers and / or contractors.

Contact
Your data will be collected when you contact LOVE through the website. This form, however, only asks for the necessary information to be able to offer a proposal or a service, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and your message. The moment you contact LOVE trough mail, the data you send, such as your name, telephone number and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. Those e-mails will be saved up to a maximum of two years.
The e-mail from LOVE is hosted by G-mail. If you contact us through the forms or trough e-mail, these e-mails will be stored on the G-mail servers.
The website and back-ups of the website are hosted by Strato. Data that you leave on the WordPress website are stored on Strato’s servers.
Analytics
The LOVE website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. These data are anonymous and are therefore not tied to your personal data. Think of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
Sending newsletters (in the future)
LOVE sends out newsletters through e-mail. These newsletters are on the one hand commercial and on the other hand focused on knowledge sharing. Your first name and e-mail address will be collected through the appropriate form on the LOVE website. In addition, you can be asked orally or textually to sign up. Your e-mail address and first name are stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is for an indefinite period of time. You can unsubscribe whenever you want through the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending an email to loveenergiewerk@gmail.com. The newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. The moment you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address and first name will automatically be saved in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.
No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by LOVE or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed through the above software and protected by a password. The devices that open your data are each also locked with a password and/or fingerprint and are checked annually. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices.

In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the LOVE website is private. You recognize this security by the green lock for the URL.
Payment via website

Right to rectification

Right to transfer
If you need the data stored with LOVE in case you switch to another party or service, then you have the right to transfer. LOVE must transfer all your data to the other party.
Right to erase data
Do you no longer want your data to be stored with LOVE? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.
Right to submit a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you feel that LOVE does not handle your data correctly. This can be done by calling 088 – 1805 250(the Netherlands).
Right to stop data use (objection)
If you do not want LOVE to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data. The use of these rights can be done through loveenergiewerk@gmail.com by sending a copy of ID-proof, whereby the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID-proof number and BSN are unreadable. The aim is to respond within a week.
LOVE processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of offering services or products from LOVE through e-mail. Your details will never be sold to third parties. The data that are mandatory to deliver are the minimum required data for the provision of the services or products. Your e-mail address, for example, is required to be able to send the newsletter and other information about the service.
